Tickets are non-refundable, but subscribers may exchange tickets for an alternate performance of the same opera up to 48 hours in advance for no fee, subject to availability. To make an exchange on your subscription tickets, contact the office at 253-627-7789.
Miss a performance?
Since tickets are non-refundable, we regrettably cannot issue refunds if you purchase tickets and miss a performance due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, accidents, etc.).
Lost Your Tickets?
No problem; call our office and we will issue replacement tickets.
Can’t use your tickets?
You can return them to Tacoma Opera as a fully tax-deductible contribution, enabling us to re-sell them. Just call the office at least 12 hours in advance of the performance, and we’ll send you a receipt for your tax records.
Latecomers who arrive after the show has started will be seated at an appropriate time at the discretion of the Broadway Center House Management. Individuals who leave during the performance and wish to return will be seated at the next intermission.
Ticket Fees & Discounts
There are variable handling fees charged for Single Tickets ordered through the Broadway Center. Please visit our Single Tickets page for more information on their fees.
Seniors (65 and over), active military, and youth (under 18) all receive special discounts. Senior, Military and Youth Discounts are only available by calling the Broadway Center at 253-591-5894
Groups of 10 or more receive discounts of 10%. Call Tacoma Opera at 253-627-7789 to make arrangements.
Student Rush tickets are available for full-time students with a valid student I.D. on the day of the performance. $10 per ticket – Available two hours before curtain – Limit 1 ticket per student – Subject to availability.
